Baba ganush / Pate de berenjena/ Eggplant pate



Today I'm going to cook a new recipe,
 that my colleague Johanna, 
has shown me just this morning.
I purchased an important 
ingredient in the hervoristería: 
tahini (pasta de sesamo)









Ingredients


2 eggplants
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt, cumin
1 tablespoon tahini (sesame paste)

  6. Hi Marina, I have never cooked Egg Plant, it really gets a bad rap as being not too tasty, so I have never tried it. Perhaps I should, your recipe makes it look really yummy! I'm going to Pin it, hopefully I can make it soon.

  7. Chica que bien me viene esta receta por que a mi me encanta la pasta de sésamo y mezclado con sal, como gomasio, no te digo como sabe la lechuga con él......
