PIZZA DIY

 My husband bake a delicious homemade Pizza,


Ingredients for the dough (approximate) ::

400g flour
125 ml olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Hot water 150 ml
25 g of fresh yeast can be found in supermarket
Mix the flour with the salt, yeast and water and kneaded during 10 to 15 min to obtain a compact mass and elastic, if necessary add a little more flour.

Let stand for 20 or 25 min and then knead and stretch. Shaping mold and add the ingredients you want and mozzarella cheese. we add mushrooms, jam, slices of tomatoe and other ingredients depending on what we have in the fridge


Sauce base: tomato, onion, pepper crushed and a little bit of fried tomato

Bake in the oven till it is  golden

Ingredientes para la masa (aproximadas):

400 gr harina integral
125 ml aceite oliva
1 cucharadita de sal
150 ml agua caliente
25 gr de levadura fresca que se puede encontrar en supermercado
A la harina se añade el aceite, la sal, la levadura y el agua y se amasa durante 10 o 15 min hasta conseguir una masa compacta y elastica, si es necesario añadir un poco más de harina.
Dejar reposar 20 o 25 min y después amasar y estirar. Dar forma del molde y añadir los ingredientes que prefieras y queso mozzarela.

Salsa base: tomate, cebolla, pimiento y aceite triturado en crudo y un poquito de tomate frito.

Hornear hasta que este dorada

  2. Good Morning Marina, Like Kirk, I have never made pizza, but your step by step lesson makes it seem so easy. We love pizza and enjoy it sometimes on a weekend, so I think I will be getting out the flour, the yeast and the rest of the ingredients and giving this pizza a try. Have a lovely Sunday.   4. Ay qué rico Marina!!! me diste ganas!... acá en Argentina venden una harina que ya tiene incorporada la levadura, yo uso esa que es un poquitín más fácil ;)
