My shopping list/ Mi lista de la compra


Nourishments for a healthy diet: 
This is what you always can find  in my shopping list: 
1.  all kind of fruit ( apples, pears, oranges, pineapple)
2. all kind of vegetables (onions, garlic, lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, eggplants..)
3. Pulses: beans, lentils, chickpeas
4. Rice and pasta.
5. Flour for my homemade cakes
6. Tuna, salmón, hake and other fishes
7. Chicken, pork and veal
8. Olive oil, Jerez vinager, ( I have parsley and rosmary in my terrace)
With all these ingredients you can cook soups, salads and many other dishes




Alimentos para una dieta saludable:
Esto es lo que siempre se puede encontrar en mi lista de la compra:
1. todo tipo de frutas (manzanas, peras, naranjas, piña)
2. todo tipo de verduras (cebolla, ajo, lechuga, tomates, espinacas, berenjenas ..)
3. Legumbres: frijoles, lentejas, garbanzos
4. El arroz y la pasta.
5. Harina para mis pasteles caseros
6. Atún, salmón, merluza y otros pescados
7. Pollo, carne de cerdo y ternera
8. El aceite de oliva, vinagre de Jerez, ( tengo perejil y romero en mi terraza)
Con todos estos ingredientes se puede cocinar sopas, ensaladas y muchos otros platos

  1. Que bonitas se ven todas esas frutas, Marina! Casi que utilizo todos los productos en tu lista, lo unico me falta es el vinagre de Jerez! Tu lo haces?

    1. No, se hace en las bodegas y hay de varias calidades, se exporta a todo el mundo.

    Must say my list is very similar, with a little less fruit (apples and lemons always) but a lot of plain yoghurt! My vinegar is apple - normal being from apple country! Thank you.

    Oh, my most favorite foods are fruits and veggies. Nobody can take that away from me. For health we eat lots of vegetarian meals and like fish. Seldom any pork or beef etc. Flour for baking I use only whole wheat pastry flour; also for health reasons. Anything refined is not healthy, refined sugar, refined flour...
