A Great Breakfast / Un gran desayuno

Today the sun is shinning
Hoy brilla el sol

We are not in a hurry like every day because it's Sunday
No tenemos prisa porque es domíngo

So coffee, orange juice with fresh pollen, mascarpone cheese and blueberry jam
Así que café, zumo de naranja con polen fresco, queso mascarpone y mermelada de arándanos

We have the intention of going to the beach to have a walk and to have some sandwiches.
So see you later.

Queremos ir a dar un paseo por la playa y tomarnos unos bocadillos.
Así que nos vemos luego.

  1. What a delicious and relaxing Sunday you are having. I'm about a fifty minute drive to the beach, But here in New England, its a little cold for a walk by the sea.

    1. I have actually just looked it up on the internet and see that it is actually pollen from the flowers that has been freeze dried. I have never seen it before - it says it is a super food - what does it taste like?

    2. It's the pollen when is picked up, I buy it in a place where they have beehives, you must conserve it in the fridge, and it is important to have it dissolved in orange juice, it's similar to the dry pollen but it dissolve better and it has better taste
