NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE: I GOT IT / TARTA DE QUESO NUEVA YORK: LO CONSEGUÍ




Ingredients
 2 natural yoghurt
1 tub of cream cheese
lemon zest
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of flour confectionery
4 eggs
6 tablespoons butter
1 vaso de azucar


Ingredientes
2 yogures naturales
1 tarrina de queso crema
ralladura de limón
2 cucharadas de zumo de limon
2 cucharadas de harina de repostería
4 huevos
6 cucharadas de mantequilla
1 vaso de azucar


Beat the eggs with yogurt
Beat the cheese with the butter, add the above mixture and beat
add the sugar, flour, lemon juice and zest and beat well
Pour into springform pan but  cover it by aluminum foil to keep out water and cook the water bath in the oven 2 hours.
Click and if it comes out clean it is ready.

cooling 4 hours in the fridge





Batir los huevos con los yogures
Batir el queso con la mantequilla, agregar la mezcla anterior y batir
Añadir el azucar, la harina, el zumo de limón y la ralladura y batir bien
Vertir en molde desmontablepero cubierto por fuera de papel de aluminio para que no entre agua y cocer al baño Maria en el horno 2 horas. 
Pinchar y si sale limpio está listo

Enfriar 4 horas en la nevera
