EASY AND HEALTHY SANDWICH FOR A QUICK DINNER / SANDWICH FACIL Y SALUDABLE PARA UNA CENA RAPIDA





Ingredientes de este Sandwich


espárragos
pan
ajo
aceite de oliva
queso crema

Saute the garlic cut in lamins, boil the asparagus 10 minutes and saute over the garlic.
Spread the cheese on the bread and add the asparagus over the cheese.
Et voila

Rehogar el ajo cortado en láminas, hervir los espárragos unos 10 minutos y rehogarlos con los ajos.
Untar el pan con el queso y poner los espárragos sobre el queso
Y voila
