    1. Not everybody likes eggs, and some people cannot eat them as you say for different reasons so this is a variety. Do you know that some people mix the yolk of the boiled eggs with the vegetables?

I am a little bit odd, you already know me. Sometimes I like that everything is in the correct place  and sometimes I enjoy seeing my untidy cushions. Today I have a bohemian day.

Baking at home - Horneando en casa

Everybody knows that industrial pastry has ingredientes,
 which are not especially healthy, but sometimes,
you would do anything to eat one or two of them.
That's the reason because you would have
to bake at home,
you will add less calories
 and healthier ingredients.
It's not easy at the beginning.
I used to bake very ugly cakes,
sometimes flat ones, 
sometimes huge ones. 
But now, 20 years later, 
I have improved a little bit.
Do you know what I love?
I love bake with friends,
 I teach them and they teach me.




Todos sabemos que la pastelería industrial  contiene ingredientes,  que no son especialmente saludables,  pero a veces harías lo que fuera  por comerte uno o dos. Esa es la razón por la que deberías  hornear en casa, añadirás menos calorías  e ingredientes más saludables. No es fácil al principio. Yo solía hacer pasteles bastante feos, a veces planos, a veces enormes. Pero ahora, 20 años más tarde,  he mejorado un poquito. ¿Sabéis lo que me encanta? Me encanta hornear con amigos,  yo les enseño y ell…

The Oven - El Horno

Este es uno de mis consejos para ahorrar electricidad, jejeje, Hornear varios platos el mismo día, de esta manera, podéis aprovechar el calor, e incluso podéis hornear dos platos a la vez en diferentes bandejas.
