Leeks cream and tapenade - Crema de puerros y tapenade


The weather has become a little bit cool so we can come back to creams and soups
A refrescado un poco, así que podemos volver a las cremas y sopas
Leeks cream is very easy and light- la crema de puerros es muy facil y ligera

 4 leeks, 1 onion, 3 potatoes, milk, olive oil and salt  
 4 puerros, 1 cebolla, 3 patatas, leche, aceite de oliva y sal

Saute the onion, leeks potatoes in olive oil and add a little water and milk to cover. Boil till all the ingredients are tender and grind in blender
Rehogar la cebolla, los puerros las patatas en el aceite de oliva, y añadir un poco de agua y leche hasta cubrir. Cocer hasta que todos los ingredientes estén tiernos y triturar en la batidora






TAPENADE: it's a condiment which origin is in Provenza ( France) . A mixture  of black olives (1 can),  anchovies (1 can) ,lemon (1 or 2 spoonfuls) , oregano, olive oil, and  garlic (1 clove)
TAPENADE: Es un condimento originario de Provenza (Francia). 
Una mezcla de aceitunas negras ( 1 lata), anchoas ( 1 lata), limón (1 o 2 cucharadas), orégano, aceite de oliva y ajo (1 diente)





DELICIOUS
BUENÍSIMO





We can add Goat cheese to the cream
Podemos añadir queso de cabra a la crema
