Stairs, stairs, stairs . Escaleras, escaleras, escaleras

I always give an advice: 
A walk outdoors everyday
Siempre doy un consejo: 
Un paseo al aire libre todos los días

Today you can come with me
Hoy podéis venir conmigo

Not everybody live near the field
but you also can walk in the city and climb hills
No todo el mundo vive cerca del campo
pero también podéis pasear por la ciudad y subir colinas

Jerez de la Frontera my city was built by the arabs at the top of a hill and if you go up the stairs I show you in this post, you will arrive to the Arab fortress, That tower you can see belong to the Christian era after the reconquer
Jerez de la Frontera, mi ciudad fué construida por los árabes en lo alto de una colina y si subís las escaleras que os muestro en esta entrada, podéis llegar al Alcazar árabe,  esa torre que veis pertenece a la época Cristiana tras la reconquista.

We finish our walk in the Arenal Square, 
out of the Arab Wall 
Terminamos nuestro paseo en la Plaza del Arenal, 
fuera ya de la Muralla Arabe.

    1. Have you like our new tree installed by the Town Council?? I love it but some people in the city says that is ugly, It's made with recycled glass and I like this idea
