IN THE TERRACE / EN LA TERRAZA




It was supposed that today It was going to rain all day, but the sun is shinning
So today It has been a morning of work in the terrace.
I have take off dry leaves.

My honey chicken with Yorkshire pudding / Mi pollo a la miel con Yorkshire pudding




It's the first time that I cook Yorkshire pudding,
 I've used the Jamie Oliver's recipe 
and I'm the happiest woman in the world
I got it. They were delicious.


Es la primera vez que hago Yorshire pudding.
He usado la receta de Jamie Oliver
 y soy la mujer más feliz del mundo, lo conseguí.
Estaban deliciosos


And this is my honey chicken, everything began
because my father cannot eat meals with salt,
 so I invented this recipe

Y este es mi pollo a la miel, todo empezó
porque mi padre no puede tomar sal,
así que invente esta receta



INGREDIENTS / INGREDIENTES

Chicken, Pollo
honey, miel
parsley, perejil
rosemary, romero
beer or wine, cerveza o vino
olive oil, aceite de oliva
garlic, ajo
lemon, limón

Preparation/Preparación

You only have to cover the chicken with all the ingredients and bake it in the oven during one hour more or less, depending on the amount of chiken you use in the recipe.

Solo hay que cubrir el pollo  con los ingredientes y hornear una hora más o menos, dependiendo de la cantidad de pollo  que utilices en la receta.

DELICIOUS/ BUENÍSIMO

A Via Crucis in our street/ Un Vía Crucis en nuestra calle
















 The Lord of the Good Death. Today is "Ash Wednesday"  and  We have had a Vía Crucis in the neighbourhood/ El Señor de la Buena Muerte. Hoy es Miércoles de Ceniza y hemos tenido un Vía Crucis en el barrio.

PAELLA


Today my husband has made a Paella, we are not from Valencia, so our paella was Andalusian, it is very hard to make this dish as they do in Valencia.

Ingredients we used

Two cloves of garlic
1/2 red bell pepper
Homemade tomato sauce
Mussels, shrimp, clams and cuttlefish
A handful of rice per person (we were 6)
Fish stock 1/2 liter approximately
Salt, saffron, olive oil and pepper

Preparation

Fry the garlic and pepper, add the homemade tomato sauce (6 tablespoons).
Add the mussels, cuttlefish and prawns for a few minutes
Add rice and saute a few minutes.
Add the hot stock to cover and cook until rice is done.


Delicious




dos dientes de ajo
1/2 pimiento rojo
tomate frito casero
mejillones, langostinos, almejas y chocos
un puñado de arroz por persona (eramos 6)
caldo de pescado 1/2  litro aproximadamente
Sal, azafran, aceite de oliva y pimienta

Preparación

Sofreir los ajos y el pimiento, añadir el tomate frito casero (6 cucharadas soperas),.
Se añaden los chocos los mejillones y langostinos durante unos minutos
Añadir el arroz y  rehogar unos minutos.
Añadir el caldo caliente hasta cubrir y cocinar hasta que el arroz esté hecho.
