Mackerel lasagna with my tomato sauce

I use these precooked lasagna sheets
two cans of mackerel
my bechamel and my tomato sauce
and of course several kinds of cheese to top.
You can find lots of bechamel recipes or use a precooked one
but I make it: about 50 gr of butter, 3 tablespoons of flour and 2 or 3 glasses of milk, depending on if you prefer the bechamel more or less thick.
Melt the butter, add the flour and saute till become a little bit golden and add the milk stirring all the time

And here, how to assemble the lasagna
Y aquí, como montar la lasaña

About 30 minutes in the oven 200º and ready

Quick and easy
Rápido y facil
