Lentils Salad - Ensalada de lentejas










Lentils, Arugula, beets, boiled eggs, 
olive oil, vinegar and salt


Stew the lentils, we must remember 
that lentils always have to be stewed in cold water.
Boil the eggs and ready
I always buy the beets boiled
So, It cannot be easier and quicker!

Lentejas, rúcula, remolacha, huevos cocidos,
aceite de oliva, vinagre y sal

Estofar las lentejas, hay que recordar 
que las lentejas siembre hay que cocerlas en agua fria.
Cocer los huevos y listo
Yo siempre compro la remolacha cocida
Así que, ¡No puede ser más fácil y rápido!
