Cooking with The Violet Hen - Cocinando con La gallina Violeta

Ya conocéis  LA GALLINA VIOLETA







Let's cook a pie with some onion, zucchini and squash,  that come directly from the field to my kitchen

Vamos a hacer una empanada con cebolla, calabacín y calabaza, que vienen directamente del campo a mi cocina








 INGREDIENTS:

Puff pastry
1 onion
1/2 Zucchini
100 gr squash
some cheese
olive oil
 salt and pepper

Cut and saute the onion in four spoonfuls of olive oil, then add the zucchini and the squash in small pieces ( add salt and pepper) and cook till tender.
Cut a a sheet of puff pastry in four pieces and fill with the veggies, add some cheese and close the pie.
Bake about 30' 180ºC

INGREDIENTES:
Hojaldre 
1 cebolla
1/2 calabacín
100 gr de calabaza
un poco de queso
aceite de oliva
sal y pimienta
Cortar y saltear la cebolla en 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, a continuación añadir el calabacín y la calabaza en trocitos ( añadir sal y pimienta ) y cocinar hasta que estén tiernos
Cortar una lamina de hojaldre en 4 y rellenar con las verduras, añadir un poco de queso y cerrar la empanada
Hornear 30' a 180ºC
