PORK RIBS AND MORE - COSTILLAS DE CERDO Y MÁS





Sometimes, we think that we must avoid some food.
It isn't necessary to eat a mountain of ribs to enjoy them, of course they are greasy but you can accompany them with fresh herbs and veggies and serve a small amount of ribs.
Here you are a great and easy dish.

A veces, creemos que tenemos que evitar algunos alimentos.
No es necesario comer una montaña de costillas para disfrutarlas, por supuesto que son grasientas, pero puedes acompañarlas con hierbas frescas y verduras, y servirte una pequeña cantidad de costillas.
Aquí tenéis un plato genial y facil.




Red Cabbage seasoned with olive oil,
Jerez vinager and flakes of  sea salt
Col lombarda aliñanda con aceite de oliva,
vinagre de Jerez y escamas de sal marina.

Potatos skin is full of vitamines,
La piel de las patatas está llena de vitaminas 



Baked Potato wedges in the microwaves, easy about 18 minutes with a little bit with olive oil, 700 w potency
Gajos de patata asada en el microondas, fácil, unos 18 minutos con un poquito de aceite de oliva, a 700 w de potencia

Ribs: Add garlic, fresh herbs as rosemary,
 sage and parsley, honey about a fullspoon 
and about 100 ml sherry, 
1 hour in the oven, 180ºC
and ready

Costillas: Añadir ajo, hierbas frescas, 
como romero, salvia y perejil, una cucharada de miel 
y aprox. 100 ml de Jerez,
una hora en el horno a unos 180ºC
y listo

  1. We had ribs last night with a big salad. You are so right. You don't have to eat a mountain of them to enjoy! I don't have tomatoes like you do though.... :(
