SEASONAL VEGGIES - VERDURAS DE TEMPORADA




and since I buy my veggies in


I usually add seasonal veggies to my dishes.
so, this is a variety of potato and carrot Nordic Pancakes, 
made with red cabbage.

Sabéis que me gusta cocinar con un montón de verduras,
y, desde que las compro en LA GALLINA VIOLETA





suelo añadir verduras de temporada a mis platos,
así que, esta es una variante de las tortitas nórdicas de patata y zanahoria, hechas con col lombarda.






Ingredients - Ingredientes
some red cabbage- un poco de col Lombarda
2 carrots - 2 zanahorias
1 onion - 1 cebolla
2 eggs - 2 huevos
1 flour spoonfull - 1 cucharada de harina
salt, pepper and parsley - sal, pimienta y perejil
I use some olive oil to fry them instead of butter - Yo uso un poco de aceite de oliva para freirlas en vez de mantequilla

Grate the cabbage and the carrots, cut in small pieces the onion and mix everything with the other ingredients.
It's very important the way of frying them in the saucepan, low fire

Rallar la col  y las zanahorias, cortar en trocitos la cebolla y mezclar con los demás ingredientes. 
Es muy importante la manera de freírlas en la sartén, a fuego lento

  2. Look delicious. I just got home from Spain and wish I could have visited your town. I absolutely loved our trip through parts of Andalusia. Such a beautiful country with such warm and kind people!! You should be so proud of where you come from Marina!!
