Yesterday, it was a very good day to bake at home - Ayer fue un día muy bueno para hornear en casa

The Master Baker at home - El Maestro Panadero en casa

I'm very lucky, my husband has become fond of making bread at home, that's great when you like fresh bread
or with special flavours.
And yesterday was the perfect day to bake at home.
It has been raining the whole weekend and it goes on today.

y continua hoy.

This week we have, two big loaves of bread, six chorizo's buns
(The literal translation for these chorizo's buns would be pregnant buns, because the chorizo is inside the dough),
one poppy seeds' bread and one pumpkin seeds' bread.
He always uses a basic bread recipe and then he adds the other ingredientes.

It isn't difficult and they are delicious, furthermore,
it can be a great gift when someone invite you for dinner or you also can organize a dinner at home based in these breads. Imagine your table full of delicious cheeses, some roasted veggies and several different breads.
